Dr Haider Naqvi completed his advanced training in respiratory and sleep medicine across three of Sydney’s premier teaching hospitals, St George Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2014.

He has over a decade of experience as a practising specialist and currently serves as a Staff Specialist at Campbelltown Hospital, where he manages a broad spectrum of complex respiratory and sleep disorders. His clinical practice encompasses the full range of sleep medicine, including obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), narcolepsy, parasomnias, and restless legs syndrome, as well as respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease (ILD), occupational lung disease, respiratory failure, and lung cancer.

In addition to his clinical roles, Dr Naqvi holds a Senior Lecturer position at Western Sydney University, where he is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and junior doctors. He practices at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research and is an active researcher with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
